Most manufacturers carry at least a 30 day warranty from the day of purchase. Warranty claims must be made directly with the brand company itself. Brand warranty information can be found on their own individual websites. VERT Scooter Shop will try to assist you if your warranty needs have not been honored in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that after the 30 day period its the manufacturer's discretion to honor their warranty or not and VERT Scooter Shop has no control over that and we cannot exchange parts under warranty replacement.

All orders placed on this website will be handled in the order they are received. Products that can be added to the shopping cart are in stock and will leave our warehouse within 4 business days. Delivery may take longer during holiday season or adverse weather conditions. We proudly ship with United States Postal Service, FEDEX and UPS and currently serve US, Mexico, Canada, Australia, and the UK. We intend to ship to the rest of the world by the end of 2012!
VERT Scooter Shop only offers exchanges and or store credit on unopened/unused and uninstalled products within 15 days of purchase with a receipt. Custom cut bars, custom scooter builds and previously installed parts are non returnable or exchangeable. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on the part of VERT Scooter Shop. If an item has a manufacturer's defect, please contact the manufacturer of the item directly. Brand warranty information can be found on their own individual websites. In the case that the manufacturer cannot or will not honor any warranties, please contact us at sales@vertscooters.com and we'll review your order for further assistance.

*Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on handlebars that are cut to order. Any set of handlebars we cut are final sale.
Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, we are no longer liable for it. If the tracking number provided to you doesn't work or shows an error, please contact the carrier to claim a dispute or to place a tracer. We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen goods. If you require special delivery instructions, please indicate them at the time of your order.
