

VERT Scooter Shop only offers exchanges and or store credit on unopened/unused and uninstalled products within 15 days of purchase with a receipt. Custom cut bars, custom scooter builds and previously installed parts are non returnable or exchangeable. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on the part of VERT Scooter Shop. If an item has a manufacturer's defect, please contact the manufacturer of the item directly. Brand warranty information can be found on their own individual websites. In the case that the manufacturer cannot or will not honor any warranties, please contact us at sales@vertscooters.com and we'll review your order for further assistance.

*Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on handlebars that are cut to order. Any set of handlebars we cut are final sale.
Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, we are no longer liable for it. If the tracking number provided to you doesn't work or shows an error, please contact the carrier to claim a dispute or to place a tracer. We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen goods. If you require special delivery instructions, please indicate them at the time of your order.
