Warranty

Most manufacturers carry at least a 30 day warranty from the day of purchase. Warranty claims must be made directly with the brand company itself. Brand warranty information can be found on their own individual websites. VERT Scooter Shop will try to assist you if your warranty needs have not been honored in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that after the 30 day period its the manufacturer's discretion to honor their warranty or not and VERT Scooter Shop has no control over that and we cannot exchange parts under warranty replacement.
